Oh happy day! Paris Hilton is going back to jail! I’ve been having a really crappy day, but suddenly I feel much better. Paris left the court room screaming and crying, and as you can see in the pictures below, she cried all the way back to her house in the Hollywood Hills. TMZ is reporting that Paris has been ordered to serve out the remainder of her sentence, but will receive credit for time served. Not time served at home, though.
Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, “Mom, Mom, Mom.” Hilton was also heard saying “It’s not right.”
One witness said that Paris was “physically escorted” out of the courtroom by a female deputy.
Hilton’s mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, “I’m paralyzed right now.” Paris’ father Rick is still in the courtroom.
Paris will be appealing the judgement, but I doubt she’ll get anywhere with it. Then again, you never know. All in all, though, I think the weekend is going to be pretty good after all…
I was pretty pissed a couple of days ago after finding out she skated out of jail because of a some type of ailment that was deemed “private” by the local sheriff. Finally a judge and district attorney keeping it real no matter what the dollar sign was. Justice was served!!! I’ll drink to that.
It’s about damn time celebrities are held to the same standard as us “normal” people. I get sick and tired of hearing so and so got off on a technicality, a mis-trial, or some other lame excuse just so it doesn’t turn into a media feeding ground.
PARIS Hilton wailed after a judge sentenced her to 45 days in jail for driving with a suspended license, and claimed it had all been a misunderstanding.
A misunderstanding? You’ve got to be kidding me.
Hilton showed up 20 minutes late for the 1.30pm hearing, powdering her nose on the way in. On the way out, she donned dark sunglasses to hide her tear-streaked eyes and runny makeup.
She held a 1:30 hearing up for 20 minutes probably because she wanted to sleep in an extra 2 hours. Would a judge normally have held a hearing up for “driving with a suspended license” for me? Probably not.
Her publicist, Elliot Mintz, tried to take the fall, testifying he told Hilton it was OK to drive after 30 days for “work-related” purposes. He claimed he was misinformed.
That’s the other thing that got me. Why would any judge have suspended a driving license for a celebrity and let them still drive for “work-related” purposes? She has how many body guards and limo drivers at her disposal?
And here’s the line that almost brought tears to my eyes:
Assistant City Attorney Dan Jeffries argued: “We are asking that she be held to the same standard as everyone else who goes through this system.”
Kim Kardashian, one of the two daughters of the deceased OJ Simpson attorney, Robert Kardashian, and is very good friends with Paris Hilton made a sex tape with singer Ray-J which was somehow found by Vivid Entertainment. Supposedly Feb. 28th will be the day that the vid actually goes on sale. Anyone who has any sense at all knows that this is just another marketing scheme by more celebrities. Kim gets noticed by someone other than Paris and Ray-J and maybe someone buys Ray-J’s album. It worked out well for Paris so Kim wanted some action too. Go figure…
Everyone loves celebrity sex tapes. It’s not enough that we see the raunchy celebs nude but we want to see them getting pounded too. Another situation where the entertainment industry feeds off of our feeble minds. Oh well…. that’s entertainment. I don’t follow it with an Eagle eye but it makes great bathroom reading material.
Before the whole vid is released obviously they’ll release some hot clips so fans or perves will run out to their local adult emporium and snatch it up. Me… I’ll just sit back and wait for the whole vid to hit the net. It’s probably already out there but I haven’t found it yet. If any of you have a link then my jollies thank you ahead of time. heh

Sources on Thursday told CBS 2’s Scott Weinberger that investigators found illegal narcotics as well as prescription medications in Smith’s Florida hotel room. Sources also told CBS 2 that investigators removed eight bags of evidence from her hotel room.
Dr. Joshua Perper, the Broward County medical examiner, said no illegal drugs were found in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood. Local police echoed that statement. But CBS 2’s sources insisted that investigators did find a large quantity of prescription medication that apparently had not been prescribed to her. It would have been illegal for Smith to be in possession of such narcotics, they said.
MIAMI, Feb. 8 Anna Nicole Smith, a former Playboy centerfold, actress and television personality who was famous, above all, for being famous, but also for being sporadically rich and chronically litigious, was found dead on Thursday in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla. She was 39, and the cause of her death was not immediately known.
Yeah right! How much do you want to bet that drugs were the cause and they’re just covering it up. We’ll just have to see….
