i don’t see the big deal with having small amounts because this seems it will bring out the dealers into the open more.
The measure given final passage 53-26 by senators in a late night session on Thursday is aimed at letting police focus on their battle against major drug dealers, and President Vicente Fox is expected to sign it into law.

“This law provides more judicial tools for authorities to fight crime,” presidential spokesman Ruben Aguilar said on Friday.
He said the reforms, which were proposed by the government and approved earlier this week by the lower house of Congress, made laws against major traffickers “more severe.”
i say… good for Mexico. i know where i’m going to in a couple of weekends.

just noticed MSN Live Shopping was launched today. very cool ajaxy feel to it as with the rest of their Live services. not really feeling it though because it just doesn’t feel quick and practical. because of all the extra fade in hovers over all their menu items it feels kind of sluggish. funny how i didn’t see any large banner ads either…. heh.. maybe it’s still new. then again, their Live Mail has 2 banner ads that cover half of your screen. two other things that kind of peeved me off. it doesn’t support Firefox or any other browser in that case except IE. what a crock of bs. the other thing was search. i tried to search for “computer” and after 5 seconds it returned a few laptops, a desktop, a pink women in business liberator, and some other crap. trying to filter from there kind of worked but took a lot of patience. each click takes between 3-5 seconds to load. they really need to do better than that. it’s a great concept though.

love the individual product layout with “product details” compare prices” and “ratings and reviews” right below the large product picture and write up.
personally, i probably will never use it but hopefully this brings joy to a MSN fanboy’s soul…

as everyone close to me knows… i’ve recently been in a motorcycle wreck. the crash didn’t seem so severe but i received a few broken bones out of it.. damn. i’ll go ahead and start with what damages were done.
first i received a broken clavicle (collar bone), separated left shoulder AC, cracked top left sternum, and major bruising in my left lower ribs and upper right leg. it’s funny because i was only going around 25-30mph. another thing that kind of pisses me off is that no one witnessed the wreck. i was hoping at least someone could tell me it was pretty damn kewl or i just looked like a big dork. i am lucky that i was wearing my thick leather jacket, helmet, leather gloves, and jeans. so i was clear in the scarring department. it really wouldn’t matter anyways because of my last wreck about 5 years ago where i lost most of the skin off my back from waist to neck region. if there was pain to be felt then that was a quick experience of hell for me. the wreck happened this last Saturday around noon on Wild Cat Canyon Rd. around what they call “The Dip.” i found this out later from the wrecker service company. it seems that bikers wreck here all the time since the area received it’s own nickname. at “The Dip” you’ll actually see 2 dips coming down the hill going north. the first is shallow and the last deep one is in the corner. kind of wicked now that i think about it if you have speed up. in my case i didn’t and was following a cruiser so should have been okay on my 2000 ZX-7R….. nope. some how i was paying too much attention to the cruiser and layed my bike over too late in the corner. before i knew it there were small rocks between my bike tires and the pavement… not a good sign. 1 second later it dragged me into the creek and threw me over the front of the bike. all of my weight from the impact was on my left shoulder… bounce… and then my left-lower back. i remember the whole thing and was conscious through the whole wreck. there were 2 things that went through my mind during this. 1) was the bike going to roll over onto me and 2) was my bike okay. i quickly got out of the way after landing to make sure even through i felt like every bone in the upper part of my body was broken. maybe 2-3 seconds later i looked back to see my bike face down in the creek bed. the left side was hung on the side of the small creek bridge. everything looked fine at the moment but the pain pretty much over came anything that was going through my mind. next thing i knew 2-3 people were asking if i was okay, if i needed an ambulance, are my buddies riding in front of me going to turn around and come back. i really didn’t know what to say other than “leave me alone.” the local fire department ambulance came about 5-10 minutes later. from there i was shipped off to Balboa Naval Medical Center to spend the next 3 nights.
right now the only thing that really hurts is my left shoulder where the separation was and the major bruising in my lower left ribs. rib pain is a bitch. i can’t sleep, walk correctly, because it’s not constant pain where you could grow to bear it… it’s the sudden sharp mind numbing pain that feels like someone just took at baseball bat to you.

well, i live in beautiful San Diego, CA and this might be a problem for me. lunch on Mondays are usually burritos for me. usually hit up my local Mexican Restaurant in Barrio Logan and take back to work a burrito for 4 for just $3.50. this monstrosity will be packed to the brim with beef too. fill the rest of it up with their hottest hot sauce and i’m good to go. usually suffer on Tuesdays but heh… Monday was good.
i personally don’t mind the whole work boycott coming this Monday but here’s the only thing that kills me. this article:
Spanish Version of ‘Star-Spangled Banner’ Draws Protests
it’s the f’in U.S. National Anthem the Star Spangled Banner for God sakes. to show respect to other countries we sing or play their anthem in their language not ours. they would never let us back into their country if we played it in english. now we have these bafoons: “features artists such as Wyclef Jean, hip-hop star Pitbull and Puerto Rican singers Carlos Ponce and Olga Tanon” who have made millions of dollars off of Americans now going against and disrespecting our country. i don’t support our current government but let me tell you… i’m a patriot Mo-Fo. something really needs to be done about this.
update:
Condoleezza Rice Not Upset By National Anthem In Spanish
she was hand picked by Bush himself but kind of looks like she’s looking to later sit in a bigger chair. i’m kind of fed up with Bush too but g’damn… shouldn’t the Secretary of State be one of Bush’s closest supporter? *shrugs*

man… recently put up 2 posts a week apart. i posted this one first.

and a week later i posted this multiple thong pic.

the top panty pic got 13 comments, 49 tagged favorites, and over 7000 views but the bottom hot thongs pic only received 0 comments, 12 tagged favorites, and just over 3000 views. pretty damn weird to me since the bottom pic was the hottest pic i could find on the net.
